Request detailsIn Sanskrit, "ashram" means spiritual community, and "yatra" means journey. Set out with Avi & Sega on an initiatory journey through five traditional, modern or futuristic places of practice.
The journey begins in Mumbai, then crosses India to the south-east coast, continues toward Arunachala and Isha, and concludes at Osho, in Koregaon Park, Pune.
The itinerary is shaped as a slow passage through places that are not tourist attractions, but spaces of practice, rediscovery and transformation.
The ashram keeps alive the presence of Sri Aurobindo and The Mother: an integral spirituality in which daily life becomes practice, attention and aspiration toward transformation.
Matrimandir is the symbolic heart of Auroville: a space of concentration, light and a vision of unity, born from The Mother’s aspiration for a community of the future.
At the foot of Arunachala, one of South India’s great sacred places, Sri Ramana Maharshi’s presence opens a quieter stage of the journey. The question “Who am I?” becomes less an idea and more a practice.
Created by Sadhguru, Isha Yoga Center is a contemporary yogic center, intense and carefully organized, at the foothills of Velliangiri. We meet it as a modern expression of Indian practice, energy and discipline.
In the luxurious Koregaon Park area of Pune, Osho’s space brings active meditation, awareness and celebration to the foreground. It is a more fluid closing, where integration meets vitality.
